If you request a quote for an itinerary with us we may collect additional information from you in order to ensure that the itinerary we provide is appropriate to your needs. This may include your address, telephone number and any personal information you provide to match the trek with your fitness levels and similar information for other group members.
If you make a booking with us we may collect information regarding insurance and medical information relevant to travelling and trekking in Nepal for you and your group.
We will only store information that is needed for the purposes described here.

When you interact with us on our website, subscribe to our newsletter or through contact forms or email and other messaging applications, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

We use Google G-Suite for email and storage, which meet the EU-US Privacy Shield framework and GDPR requirements.
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to advertise our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
