If you request a quote for an itinerary with us we may collect additional information from you in order to ensure that the itinerary we provide is appropriate to your needs. This may include your address, telephone number and any personal information you provide to match the trek with your fitness levels and similar information for other group members.

If you make a booking with us we may collect information regarding insurance and medical information relevant to travelling and trekking in Nepal for you and your group.

We will only store information that is needed for the purposes described here.

How do we collect information?

When you interact with us on our website, subscribe to our newsletter or through contact forms or email and other messaging applications, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

How do we store, use, share and disclose your personal information?

We take the security of your data seriously. We take all commercially reasonable technical, physical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data from misuse or accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, acquisition or access.

Data is stored securely in a range of different places depending on the nature of the relationship including our cloud-based storage system and other software applications we use to run our business.

Where data is transferred to third parties to enable them to process it on our behalf, we ensure that the provider meets or exceeds any legal or regulatory requirements and implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of data.

We will also ensure that where information is transferred to a country or international organisation outside of the UK / EEA, we will comply with the relevant legal rules governing such transfers. We use Google G-Suite for email and storage, which meet the EU-US Privacy Shield framework and GDPR requirements.

Our company is hosted on the platform. provides us with the online platform that allows us to advertise our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
